Primary Responsibilities: The Engineering role is primarily responsible for configuration, implementation, and support of our clients. This position is a full-time position.
Specific responsibilities include:
- Configuration, and on-site Implementation
- Lab pre-build and testing
- Design validation
- Help Desk support for clients, both post-project and support contract clients
- Certification maintenance and skill advancement
- Daily time entry
- Customer Satisfaction
- Client documentation upkeep
Requirements:
- Hands-on experience with IP Telephony systems, Cisco Call Manager, Unified Messaging, Cisco IPCC/Express, and Call Center Systems
- Cisco IP Telephony & networking certifications
- Strong experience in TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
- Experience in WAN Transport using ATM, Frame Relay, Wireless, MPLS
- Experience in a large Multicasting, QOS, MPLS, and VPN
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work well with others
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Professional presentation and communication skills
- Ability to solve problems through creative thinking and determination
- Ability to work responsibly with or without direct supervision; self directed and strong work ethic
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Reliable vehicle
- Willingness to travel (25%)
