Interactive Intelligence IP Telephony Engineer

Compensation: $75,000-$95,000 depending on experience

SOS is an Interactive Intelligence Elite partner, having consulted and deployed over 3,000 contact center seats world-wide. SOS is also a Microsoft Gold partner, Cisco Advanced Unified Communications partner, and implements/supports other key technologies.
 
We are currently seeking to hire an Interactive Intelligence engineer in either the Sacramento, Los Angeles, San Francisco or Las Vegas areas. (other locations can be considered as well)
 
Primary Responsibilities:

The Engineering role is primarily responsible for configuration, implementation, and support of our clients. This position is a full-time position.
 
Specific responsibilities include:
·         Configuration, and on-site Implementation of Interactive Intelligence products and solutions.
·         Certification achievement, maintenance and further skill advancement
·         Lab pre-build and testing
·         Design validation
·         Help Desk rotation support for clients, both post-project and support contract clients
·         Daily time entry
·         Customer Satisfaction
·         Emergency Pager rotation
·         Client documentation upkeep
Requirements:
·         Hands-on experience with ININ IP Telephony systems, CIC, EIC, Unified Messaging and Call Center Systems
·         Interactive Intelligence certifications
·         Strong experience in Windows Server, TCP/IP, DHCP
·         Experience in WAN Transport using ATM, Frame Relay, Wireless, MPLS
·         Experience with medium to large Call Centers (100 + agents)
·         Good interpersonal skills and ability to work well with others
·         Work in a self-driven, fast-paced environment
·         Ability to manage multiple priorities
·         Professional presentation and communication skills
·         Ability to solve problems through creative thinking and determination
·         Ability to work responsibly with or without direct supervision; self-directed and strong work ethic
·         Strong written and verbal communication skills
·         Must be able to work as part of a team
·         Reliable vehicle
·         Willingness to travel (25%)
